Sul webforum "English Only" di wordreference c'è un annuncio che IMHO
andrebbe preso in considerazione anche per i gruppi Usenet...
In pratica: evitate i post con solo un link. Meglio inserire sempre una
spiegazione o parafrasare, in modo che il post sia utile e comprensibile
anche a chi legge solo quel messaggio, mentre l'uso del link dovrebbe
aggiungere un ulteriore valore di approfondimento o riferimento.
In response to an increased number of posts with no content other than
links to elsewhere, the English Only moderators have added the following to
the forum guidelines in the sticky thread.

and few or no words of your own. It leaves the questioner no better off.
If you have found something that you believe is helpful to the discussion,
explain or paraphrase it in your reply and by all means also offer a link
to a specific location.

the post itself. The use of links should be to add further value,
explanation or reference.
